The Beauty Consultant is responsible for providing a personalized, engaging, and fun shopping experience to clients. This role involves demonstrating beauty products and techniques, and leveraging in-depth product knowledge to enhance our clients' lives.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Proactively approach clients in a friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding client experience.
2. Stay updated on beauty trends by acquiring knowledge of products and techniques.
3. Participate in activities in assigned areas to support standards and ensure merchandise is well presented and available.
4. Model strong beauty business values and culture.
