• Meet sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly.

• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure all company and legal requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash, open/close the business, and complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7+ hours per day).
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
