Job description

We are seeking energetic and outgoing individuals to join Palm Beach Tan as part-time Sales Associates. Our team works in a fun, professional environment that offers numerous benefits, including flexible schedules, health insurance, paid vacation, incentives, bonuses, and free tanning services.

Responsibilities include:

1. Meeting sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
2. Providing exceptional customer service and educating clients on tanning rules and legal requirements.
3. Maintaining a clean and organized salon environment.
4. Handling cash and managing opening/closing procedures.
5. Completing daily administrative tasks and tracking goals.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. At least 18 years old.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
5. Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7+ hours).
6. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
7. Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
