Your Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
• Educate customers on skin care, wellness, tanning options, and ensure legal guidelines are followed.
• Maintain a clean, organized salon environment.
• Handle cash transactions and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Retail, customer service, or sales experience helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours per day.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
