The role requires a passion for beauty, strong guest service skills, and the ability to learn product knowledge; schedule includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engage each guest to determine needs.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events; drive sales.
• Handle cashier tasks and assist with online orders.
• Maintain store cleanliness and replenish fixtures; inventory duties.
• Stay informed about products and promotions; advise guests accordingly.
