Job summary

Belk, Inc. seeks a Beauty Advisor to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will build client relationships, perform makeup applications, and offer customized recommendations in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.

You will engage customers with personalized consultations, utilize clienteling tools, and demonstrate products to meet preferences while maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising across the beauty area.

• Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.
• Comfortable with and enjoy assisting customers with makeup application and skincare services.
• Associates must maintain all required professional licenses and certifications.

• Support store operations and safety protocols in assigned areas.
