Nordstrom in Orem, Utah is seeking a Rack Beauty Concierge to deliver fast, fun service while sharing product knowledge and building a great guest experience. You’ll help customers discover deals, manage inventory, and keep the beauty floor tidy and well stocked throughout shifts.

The role requires enthusiasm for beauty, accountability, and strong communication skills to handle busy retail demands with a calm disposition. Physical effort and teamwork complete the job on a fast-paced sales floor.

• Keep the sales floor clean, and filled in and complete all inventory processes, making sure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed
• Defuse customer situations and provide resolution ina timelyand effective manner
• Work with the team to ensure the sales floor stays ready through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day

Physical Requirements:

• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting,flexingand reachingin order tohandle merchandise andassistcustomers.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
• Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations.
Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$17.05 - $17.75 Hourly
