Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest service, drive sales, and maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment. You will engage guests, demonstrate products, and support in-store events while contributing to overall store performance.

This role requires a passion for beauty, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage each guest, determine needs, and provide product recommendations.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Handle cashier tasks, on-line orders, exchanges and refunds as needed.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restock fixtures, and ensure merchandise is faced and organized.
