Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Buying, Merchandising, Planning, or a related retail function.
• Beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, wellness, or related industry experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of beauty or cosmetics experience required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head Buyer to develop and manage a compelling product assortment across BeautySpace retail partners.
• Monitor the beauty marketplace to identify emerging brands, products, categories, and consumer trends.
• Build relationships with brand, retail, and internal partners through regular communication and monthly business check-ins.
