The role requires a 4-year degree and 0-1 year of relevant experience, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and a proactive mindset. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with a hybrid NYC office schedule, enjoying medical/dental/vision, 401K

Qualifications

• 4-year undergraduate degree required.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience in retail, buying, or e-commerce.
• Excellent computer skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive self-starter with a positive attitude and team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Support top-line sales growth and vendor collaboration by managing end-to-end product assortment.
• Own accuracy and optimization of the product catalog, including pricing, content, and images.
• Edit and refine brand pages to showcase hero products and newness.
• Identify and lead optimization projects for product pages and attribution.
• Secure samples and GWPs from vendors and coordinate with marketing and planning teams.
• Provide executional support for buy plans, SKU audits, and inventory management.
• Analyze competitor performance and industry trends to uncover opportunities.
