Job summary

Beauty Barrage is seeking a Brand Specialist to support client brands across retailers in North America. You will work with our Field Team to drive sales targets and raise brand awareness in assigned markets.

The role is fluctuating and part-time, with scheduling varying monthly based on brand needs and travel within the territory. You will report to the Field Sales Manager or Brand Executive depending on your market and must be self-motivated and results-oriented.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years beauty retail experience.
• Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in-store retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is both polished and professional.
• Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.
• Represent brands within an assigned territory and retailers to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with the store teams.
• Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge.
• Execute interactive product demonstrations.
• Ensure product merchandising meets company standards.
• Provide critical feedback through survey responses.
• Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit.
