Not Your Mother’s LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking a Graphic Designer who’s deeply passionate about beauty, design, and culture. You’ll craft elevated, scroll-stopping creative while supporting marketing and packaging initiatives across digital and physical touchpoints.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll collaborate with Marketing, Innovation, and the broader creative team to bring campaigns, launches, and brand storytelling to life with typography, color, and layout that resonate with Gen Z

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of graphic design experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
• Strong typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design digital assets for social, email, and web that are fresh and on-brand.
• Create packaging, campaigns, and brand storytelling across touchpoints.
• Prepare production-ready files and support print collateral.
• Collaborate with Creative Director, Art Director, and cross-functional teams.
