Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with beauty brands or beauty retailers.
• Strong background in beauty retail selling and education.
• Experience hosting beauty retail events.
• Proven communication skills and in-store professionalism.
• Team player with ability to work independently.
• Proficient with video calls, phone calls, and smartphone apps.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual and reliable in daily shifts.
• Achieve and drive sales goals.
• Educate retail staff on brands and selling strategies.
• Uphold merchandising and brand guidelines.
• Host and participate in branded events to meet sales targets.
• Complete in-store surveys after each shift.
• Communicate with Headkount via the app and team.
