Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Osseo, MN is seeking a Beauty Boss to guide customers in selecting skincare products and tanning services, ensuring their confidence and radiance. You will thrive in a fun, competitive environment with flexible scheduling and strong commission opportunities.

The role offers a base pay of $11–$15 per hour plus uncapped commissions up to 15% of total sales, with employee discounts and ongoing training and development. Previous retail or beauty experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

As a Beauty Boss, you will guide customers in selecting our top-notch skincare products, helping them feel confident and radiant. Additionally, earn uncapped commission up to 15% of your total sales based on performance.
