Palm Beach Tan - North Central Tan, LLC is seeking a Beauty Boss to join our salon. You will guide customers in selecting skincare products, assist tanning needs, and drive sales with energetic, friendly service.

This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive base pay plus uncapped commission up to 15%, and employee discounts. A high school diploma and availability on nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers on skincare products and their benefits.
• Assist customers with tanning needs while adhering to state and local recommendations.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Keep the salon clean and organized.
• Manage cash and perform daily administrative tasks.

Base Pay

BASE PAY $11.00-$15.00 AN HOUR

Competitive hourly pay ranging from $11 to $15, depending on location and experience.

Additionally, earn uncapped commission up to 15% of your total sales based on performance.
