Job Description: Beauty Advisor
The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for interacting with clients and providing an elevated client experience. This individual has a strong desire to sell and uses their working knowledge of the beauty business, along with the many services and tools offered, to obtain and grow their business. The Beauty Advisor utilizes this knowledge to provide clients with personalized assistance, enhancing their shopping experience and reaching set goals.

You Also Have :
- Minimum 1 year retail experience within the Beauty industry.
- Proven success in sales, achieving or exceeding goals.
- Ability to learn and utilize online clienteling tools and software, and comfort with social media and technology.
As The Beauty Advisor, You Will :
- Focus on achieving and exceeding individual cosmetic sales, event sales, and department goals daily and monthly.
- Provide a dynamic service presence at each location.
- Ask appropriate questions to identify client needs and provide guidance.
- Participate actively on social media platforms like Instagram to grow your personal brand and business.
- Demonstrate professional makeup consultation and application skills.
- Maintain high service standards by building excellent client relationships as the brand expert and department representative.
- Cross-sell beyond one product line to drive sales and expand the client's basket.
- Be knowledgeable about all in-store services and proactively offer suitable services to personalize the shopping experience.
- Maintain a positive image as a liaison between the company and Account Executives.
- Use online clienteling tools to record and maintain client information and preferences.
- Focus on delivering an exceptional client experience from approach to follow-up.
- Keep the counter clean, tidy, and welcoming.
- Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

Salary and Other Compensation :
The starting hourly rate ranges from [$16.75 - 22.33], depending on market, skills, experience, and qualifications. The position is also eligible for commissions according to the company's plan.
