Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an enthusiastic sales associate to provide a welcoming, personalized in‑store experience. You will educate customers and help create memorable shopping moments, while assisting with events and merchandising to stand out in a competitive market.

Ideal candidates have a passion for beauty, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends. Right to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

As one of our highly skilled sales associates you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in⁃store experience which educates and delights our customers.

You will also like working as part of a high performing team to create impact with in⁃store events and to ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against our competitors.

Qualifications

All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service

• While a qualification in retail sales experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast⁃paced work environment
• Previous experience with retail point⁃of⁃sale software
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview

Pay Range:Anticipated Base Salary $18.00/HR (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget), based on a 12 hour work week (range to be scaled accordingly). In addition, the Company maintains highly competitive incentive compensation programs (role eligibility may vary based on terms of the respective plan(s)).
