Job summary

The TESO Group is seeking a Beauty Associate for our Beaverton, Oregon store. You will help customers select beauty products, offer informed recommendations, and support sales goals with friendly service.

In this fast-paced retail role, you’ll keep displays attractive and organized, participate in promotions, and help ensure a positive shopping experience. Some locations require travel to other stores and lifting up to 30 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or retail experience preferred, particularly in the beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry.
• Passion for beauty and a strong interest in skincare and cosmetics, with the ability to provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
• Strong sales and customer service skills with a proactive approach to assisting customers and meeting sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable personality and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell beauty products while providing knowledgeable and personalized product recommendations.
• Develop a strong understanding of beauty brands and products, answer customer questions, and recommend suitable products or combinations based on customer needs.
• Maintain organized product displays and inventory levels, ensuring merchandise is properly stocked and presented.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and beauty department.
• Provide exceptional customer service, build positive customer relationships, and support customer loyalty.
• Participate in in-store promotions, support new product launches, and contribute to achieving sales goals.
• Travel to and work at other store locations as needed.
• Bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 30 lbs. as needed.
