Job summary

Macy’s in Honolulu is seeking a Cosmetic Sales Colleague, also known as a Beauty Advisor, to deliver personalized beauty experiences, educate customers, demonstrate products, and tailor consultations to individual needs and styles while building a loyal client base.

You will work full-time (30+ hours/week) with weekend shifts, stay current on beauty trends, participate in events and promotions, and help customers leave confident, cared for, and eager to return.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on beauty products and provide demonstrations.
• Build and manage a loyal client base through follow-up and outreach.
• Drive sales and participate in promotions and events.
• Maintain a tidy, shoppable space with updated signage.
• Provide personalized makeup and skincare consultations.
