Sally Beauty is hiring a Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences. You’ll assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, bringing passion and personality to every customer journey. Training will be provided, and you will grow with a dynamic beauty team.

You’ll work in a flexible schedule environment, participate in loyalty programs, and help customers find the right products while delivering exceptional service and a welcoming store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Passion for beauty and willingness to learn product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
