As a Beauty Advisor, you will provide friendly and knowledgeable service to all clients in our Colour, Skincare, Fragrance & Cash areas.

  1. Passionate about Clients: Greet all clients who enter the store with enthusiasm and provide courteous, knowledgeable service.
  2. Determine clients' needs and suggest products accordingly.
  3. Communicate product knowledge effectively.
  4. Provide makeovers as required.
  5. Complete in-depth brand training for designated team members.
  6. Continuously pursue additional product knowledge.
  7. Cross-train with other Beauty Advisors.
  8. Participate in inventory control and communicate issues to the manager.
  9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
  10. Stay informed about store events and promotions.
  11. Participate in loss prevention programs.
  12. Be knowledgeable of cashier functions if designated.
