The role is typically full-time with 30+ hours weekly, including weekends. You’ll stay current on trends, maintain an organized shop, and deliver confident, exceptional service to every customer.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Read and understand employment policies in English.
• Ability to build relationships and educate customers on products.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized beauty experiences with makeup application and skincare recommendations.
• Educate customers on benefits and use of beauty products.
• Drive sales and client loyalty through organized, shoppable spaces and clienteling.
