Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Woodstock, GA is seeking a Beauty Advisor to provide an exceptional guest experience, assist with cashier tasks, stock fixtures, and maintain store cleanliness while supporting sales and in-store events.

You will perform makeup applications, skincare guidance, and stay informed on products to drive service and loyalty program participation. Flexibility for days/evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling; basic technology skills (POS).

Responsibilities

• Meet store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting guests, identifying needs, answering questions, and recommending products/services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges; assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to drive sales and guest engagement.
• Book appointments and support services and in-store events to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Stay informed on new products and benefits to better serve guests and support loyalty programs.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and uphold store standards.
