Responsibilities

• Greet and engage each guest, identifying their needs and guiding product recommendations.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Respond to questions about products, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain cleanliness and replenishment of the sales floor, fixtures, and test testers.
• Assist with online orders, returns/exchanges, and in-store operations as needed.
