Job summary

Belk in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience by providing exceptional service, makeup applications, and personalized recommendations.

You will build client relationships, support promotions, and use inventory and omnichannel tools to assist customers. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Comfort with skincare services is a plus.

• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.
• Comfortable with and enjoy assisting customers with makeup application and skincare services.
• Associates must maintain all required professional licenses and certifications, including any state-specific demonstrator or cosmetology licenses, as required by applicable state and local regulatory boards.

• Merchandise and replenish products, maintain visual standards and hygiene.
• Contribute to a positive store culture and teamwork.
• Support selling and store operations as needed.
• Execute omni and operations processes with safety compliance.
