Sephora Woodstock GA is seeking a Beauty Advisor to welcome clients with warmth and confidence. Through personalized consultations and expert product recommendations, you’ll help customers discover beauty that makes them feel their best.

You’ll stay ahead of trends, share product knowledge, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive store environment. This hourly, part-time role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow with the Sephora team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty experiences Provide tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs
• Demonstrate product expertise: Share knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey
• Stay ahead of trends Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice that keeps clients coming back
• Drive results Sephora sets you up to thrive in your role so that you can exceed sales goals and key performance indicators
• Maintain a beautiful space Support inventory, merchandising, and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance
