Sephora in Spokane Valley is seeking a Beauty Advisor to welcome clients with warmth and confidence, providing personalized consultations and expert product recommendations.

You’ll stay ahead of beauty trends, demonstrate product knowledge, and deliver memorable experiences while keeping the store inviting, organized, and inclusive for all guests.

The role is hourly with flexible scheduling to cover peak retail times, including nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty experiences Provide tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs
• Demonstrate product expertise: Share knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey
• Stay ahead of trends Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice that keeps clients coming back
• Drive results Sephora sets you up to thrive in your role so that you can exceed sales goals and key performance indicators
• Maintain a beautiful space Support inventory, merchandising, and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

Qualifications/Experience

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
• A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

$18.00 - $20.50/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including relevant qualifications and experience; and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position and/or geographic location.
