Sephora is seeking a Beauty Advisor to be the face of the store—welcoming every client with warmth, confidence, and a passion for beauty. You’ll deliver personalized consultations and expert product recommendations that support clients’ confidence journeys.

You’ll stay ahead of trends, share product knowledge, and help create an inclusive, welcoming shopping experience while maintaining a clean, organized space and contributing to sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty experiences Provide tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs
• Demonstrate product expertise: Share knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey
• Stay ahead of trends Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice that keeps clients coming back
• Drive results Sephora sets you up to thrive in your role so that you can exceed sales goals and key performance indicators
• Maintain a beautiful space Support inventory, merchandising, and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

Qualifications/Experience

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
• A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence

• $18.00 - $20.50/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including relevant qualifications and experience; and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position and/or geographic location.
