Sephora NC-Cross Creek Mall in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a part-time Beauty Advisor to welcome clients with warmth and confidence. Through personalized consultations and expert product recommendations, you’ll help guests explore makeup, skincare, and fragrance and boost their confidence.

You’ll stay ahead of trends, maintain a beautiful space, and collaborate with a diverse team to deliver outstanding service while meeting sales goals.

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

Qualifications/Experience

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
• A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

$18.00 - $20.50/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including relevant qualifications and experience; and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position and/or geographic location.
