Sephora Charlottesville is seeking a Beauty Advisor to welcome clients with warmth and confidence. You will provide personalized consultations, share expert product recommendations, and educate customers on beauty trends, helping them feel confident and inspired.

This role supports inventory and merchandising, maintains a clean, inviting space, and thrives in a collaborative, inclusive environment. Flex scheduling is required, including nights, weekends and holidays.
