Job summary

Sephora at Liberty Center, OH is looking for a Beauty Advisor to work part-time (15–29 hrs/week). You will welcome clients with warmth, provide personalized consultations, and recommend products to meet their needs.

You will stay ahead of beauty trends, maintain an organized, inviting shopping space, and contribute to a collaborative team that aims to exceed sales goals while upholding Sephora standards. This role supports flexibility in scheduling and peak-traffic coverage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience providing excellent service in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
