In this role you will be responsible to :
- Actively present the brand image in line with brand guidelines including but not limited clothing uniform standards, visual merchandising, cleanliness of boutique and spa spaces, etc.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, cash handling, returns, and exchanges.
- Achieve and monitor personal sales objectives.
- Willing to go beyond the target and boutique growth by cross-selling and upselling actions.
- Demonstrate a keen understanding of Orveda products and effectively recommend skincare routines to best target client’s needs and skincare objectives.
- Actively develop personal repeat clientele to achieve individual sales targets.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to all entering the Maison.
- Assist with operational duties when necessary, including but not limited to product. replenishment, serving beverages to clients, resetting and sanitizing facial cabin rooms.
QUALIFICATIONS
We’d love to see candidates who have :
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury spa, boutique or high-end beauty environment.
- Digitally savvy with experience working with : retail POS systems, clienteling systems, calendar booking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness and availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and select holidays based on a retail schedule.
- Energetic, highly motivated, and dynamic personality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Luxury skincare or niche fragrance experience a plus.
- English fluency is mandatory, additional languages a plus.
