You will build lasting client relationships, grow a loyal customer base through proactive follow-up, and stay current on trends to drive sales and loyalty.

You’ll combine hospitality with strong product knowledge to ensure customers leave confident and excited to return, working in a dynamic Macy's beauty department.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience.
• Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Demonstrate product application and educate customers on beauty benefits.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate products and tailor consultations for individual needs.
