Job summary

Neiman Marcus in Dallas seeks a Beauty Advisor to cultivate client relationships through elevated selling and personal engagement, both in-store and digital outreach using the latest technology. You will be the trusted style confidante, speaking about fashion trends with authority and providing exceptional service onsite.

This role reports to the Sales Manager and requires a flexible schedule, strong sales drive, and experience with digital tools and omni-channel selling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in fashion retail and styling.

You Will Be

As a Beauty Advisor, you will cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement while becoming their trusted style confidante. A Beauty Advisor will service clients who come into our store and digitally using the latest technology for outreach and selling. A Beauty Advisor can speak about fashion and trends with authority—both in person and digitally. This job is onsite at the specified location and will report to the Sales Manager.

Salary And Other Benefits

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for bonus and long-term incentive compensation awards.
