Job summary

Neiman Marcus, a Saks Global luxury retailer, is seeking a Selling Advisor in Northbrook to cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personal engagement, in-store and digitally using the latest technology. You will speak about fashion and trends with authority, service clients who come into the store and remotely, and report to the Sales Manager.

• Commission sales experience

• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through Technology and Wardrobing.
• Understand how to showcase product differently based on if a client is remote or in-person
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach and technology usage
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration

As a Selling Advisor, you will cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement while becoming their trusted style confidante. A Selling Advisor will service clients who come into our store and digitally using the latest technology for outreach and selling. A Selling Advisor can speak about fashion and trends with authority—both in person and digitally. This job is onsite at the specified location and will report to the Sales Manager.
