Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Beauty Advisor for La Mer in Boston. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, building client relationships, and driving sales on a luxury cosmetics counter.

You will leverage in-house clienteling resources to grow personal business and maintain an immaculate, customer-ready counter. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, training events, and staying knowledgeable about La Mer products.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Learn and use Saks clienteling tools and internal software.

Saks Fifth Avenue is part of Saks Global’s portfolio of top luxury retail brands and real estate assets. **YOU WILL BE:** Under direction from the Cosmetics Selling Manager, the Beauty Advisor is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building individual and vendor line sales volumes, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, working effectively with other team members and establishing new Saks Fifth Avenue accounts, while demonstrating consistent adherence to company standards and procedures. Additionally, the Beauty Advisor will focus on in-house training programs, pre-booked facial consultation events, and maintaining a properly merchandised counter while proficiently closing the retail sale.
