The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for selling specific brand merchandise and providing exceptional customer service to our clients, while working with terminal management to drive sales.

Beauty Advisor Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and engage them to ascertain their needs and/or wants.
  • Assist clients in finding merchandise based on their needs and recommend additional or alternative products.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service to increase productivity and meet sales goals.
  • Serve as the make-up, skincare, and fragrance expert regarding brand specifics, services, merchandise, and procedures.
  • Demonstrate make-up, skincare, and fragrances, describing the results and benefits to clients.
  • Execute merchandising and operational functions to company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of testers and fixtures, reporting issues to management.
  • Maintain product knowledge, sales, and promotions awareness.
  • Ensure store security standards for safety of clients, colleagues, and merchandise.
  • Set up and maintain promotional displays.
  • Assist with stock level maintenance of brand merchandise.
  • Perform light cleaning of shelves, counters, and tables.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education & Experience
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Proven knowledge and selling experience with cosmetics, skincare, and fragrances.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service or sales experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening, verbal communication, and assertiveness.
  • Bi-lingual skills in Mandarin, Spanish, Korean, or Arabic are a PLUS.
Requirements
  • Travel required for brand training held by vendors and International Shoppes.
  • Flexibility with schedule; evenings, weekends, and holidays are MANDATORY.
  • Professional appearance while interacting with clients.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Valid passport required for international or domestic travel.
  • Participation in semi-annual inventory.
  • Must pass airport security background check (JFK Airport).
