Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a friendly, energetic Beauty Advisor to help customers on their hair and beauty journey. You will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience across hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, sharing knowledge and guidance and driving loyalty.

In this role you will build relationships, recommend products, inform customers about promotions, set up displays, enroll shoppers in our Loyalty program, and complete transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
Recommend additional and complimentary products.
Inform customers of current promotions and events.
Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
