Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Beauty Advisor to help customers across hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails create a memorable shopping experience.

You will build relationships, inform customers about promotions, and assist with product displays. Sally Beauty provides training and opportunities for growth, with flexible schedules. Training and support are part of joining our team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Position requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching and recurring lifting.
• Occasional exposure to fumes and odors.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
