Job Description: By working at Sally Beauty, you would be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world, on a mission to empower customers to express themselves through hair. We need passionate and talented people to make this happen!

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor's primary goal is to create a memorable shopping experience for customers. We seek passionate beauty lovers to assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, guiding customers on their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides extensive training to support your knowledge and skills. Bring your passion and personality— we will support you!

Your Role At Sally Beauty

• Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are aware of and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Work flexible schedules to suit various needs.
