Job Description : By working at Sally Beauty, you would be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world, on a mission to empower customers to express themselves through hair. We seek passionate and talented people to make this happen!

The Sales Associate / Beauty Advisor's primary focus is creating a memorable shopping experience. We are looking for passionate beauty lovers eager to assist customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails. Sally Beauty provides comprehensive training to build your knowledge. Bring your passion and personality, and we will support you!

Your role at Sally Beauty :

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty's Culture Values.
• Work flexible schedules to suit your needs.

Requirements :

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors occasionally.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements :

• Long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items.
• Work around moving parts, carts, or machines, with occasional exposure to chemicals.
