Join Sally Beauty, the world's largest hair and beauty supplier, and help empower customers to express themselves through hair and beauty. We are seeking passionate and talented beauty lovers to create memorable shopping experiences, assisting customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails. Sally Beauty provides comprehensive training to help you succeed. Bring your passion and personality— we'll take care of the rest!

Your role at Sally Beauty:

1. Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
2. Recommend additional and complementary products.
3. Inform customers of current promotions and events.
4. Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
5. Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
6. Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
7. Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
8. Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

Requirements: Legal and Physical:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally using a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors occasionally.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, walk, bend, crouch, stretch, reach, and lift moderately heavy items.
• Work around moving parts, carts, or machines, and occasionally be exposed to irritant chemicals.
