Sally Beauty in Monrovia, CA is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will help with hair color, cosmetics, skin care and nails, applying your knowledge and friendly personality to guide each customer on their beauty journey.

Sally Beauty will provide training, and you will learn about current promotions, enroll customers in the loyalty program, set up displays, process transactions, and maintain a professional store environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on one primary objective – creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

The position requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes. The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
