Job Description

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor's primary objective is to create a memorable shopping experience for our customers. We seek passionate beauty lovers eager to assist customers with hair color, cosmetics, skincare, or nails. Sally Beauty provides comprehensive training to help you succeed. Bring your passion and personality—our team will support you!

Your role at Sally Beauty

1. Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
2. Recommend additional and complementary products.
3. Inform customers of current promotions and events.
4. Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
5. Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
6. Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
7. Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
8. Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

Requirements: Legal and Physical

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation. May be exposed to fumes and odors occasionally.

The role involves physical activities such as standing for long periods, walking, bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. Working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and occasional exposure to irritant chemicals may occur.
