Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Beauty Advisor (Inside Sales) for Canton, OH. You will engage customers, guide them through product selections, and support promotions while maintaining excellent service standards.

The role focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience, building customer relationships, and guiding shoppers through their beauty journey with available Sally Beauty training and support.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.
• Position may require long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching or similar activities.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
