Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking an enthusiastic Beauty Advisor in Saint Peters, Missouri to help customers explore color, cosmetics, skincare and nails and create a memorable shopping experience.

You will build relationships, recommend products, inform customers of promotions, set up displays, enroll customers in the Loyalty program, and handle transactions accurately. The role offers flexible schedules, a dynamic team, product discounts, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.
• The position requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, or similar activity.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
