Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a proactive Beauty Advisor (Inside Sales) to create a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will guide customers through hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, leveraging Sally Beauty’s training to provide expert advice and service.

You will help enroll customers in the Loyalty program, inform them about promotions, and support store merchandising while delivering friendly, efficient transactions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.
• The position requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
