Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, building relationships and guiding customers on their beauty journey.

You will help with product knowledge training, explain labels, and support promotions while maintaining store standards and accurate transactions. Training is provided to enhance expertise and service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management clearly.
• Ability to read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and vendors and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up displays and merchandise to highlight sales.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete cash and monetary transactions accurately.
• Maintain a professional store environment and manage inventory.
