Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking a friendly Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience for customers in our Reno, NV store. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, applying product knowledge to help customers on their beauty journey.

You will build relationships, promote promotions and loyalty programs, and process transactions accurately in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management clearly.
• Ability to apply product knowledge training to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
