Ulta Beauty in Mason, OH is seeking a Beauty Advisor who delivers an exceptional guest experience by assisting guests, performing makeup applications, answering questions, and guiding product choices.

You will greet guests, maintain store cleanliness, stock fixtures, participate in events, and support sales goals while staying informed about products.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of relevant experience, and flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink.
• Greet and engage each guest entering the store, personalize service to their needs, and inform guests about promotions and services.
• Courteously handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with on-line orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events.
• Stay informed regarding new and existing products and communicate benefits to guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s dress code.
• Keep work area replenished, signed and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Maintain overall store cleanliness and participate in merchandising and inventory tasks.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and providing guest service.
